How it works
Your Korean routine in three steps
The Mimi Seoul skin diagnosis is a free questionnaire, open 24/7: in two minutes, it builds a Korean skincare routine suited to your skin type and priorities. It tells you the steps, the product types and the actives to look for, with no brand or price imposed. An expert advisor then fine-tunes it with you in our Paris store.
Answer seven questions
Skin type, concerns, age range, how many steps you want, makeup and ingredients to avoid. Not sure of your skin type? Answer “I don't know”: the diagnosis adapts.
Get your routine
Morning, evening and weekly treatments, in the right order: for each step, the product type to choose, the actives to look for and how to apply it. It appears on screen and lands in your inbox.
Fine-tune it in store
An expert Korean skincare advisor goes through your diagnosis, lets you try the textures and turns each step into products from the latest arrivals. No appointment, no obligation to buy.
FAQ
All about the skin diagnosis
Is the online skin diagnosis free?
Yes, completely. Your email address is used to send you your routine; receiving our tips by email is a separate choice, never pre-ticked. No purchase is required, online or in store.
How do I know my skin type?
Look at your skin a few hours after cleansing, with no product on: if it feels tight, it is rather dry; if it shines all over, rather oily; if only the T-zone (forehead, nose, chin) shines, it is combination; if it reddens or tingles easily, it is sensitive. If in doubt, answer “I don't know”: the diagnosis, then our in-store advisor, will help you decide.
What does the personalised routine include?
A morning routine, an evening routine and, depending on your answers, weekly treatments (exfoliant, mask). For each step: the right product type, the actives to favour for your concerns (niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, centella and more) and how to apply it. From four steps for a minimalist routine up to the full Korean routine.
Why doesn't the diagnosis recommend any brand?
Because good advice depends on your skin, not on stock. Our selection arrives just in time from Korea and changes with every delivery: the diagnosis describes what to look for, and our advisor shows you in store the products that match.
How long before a Korean routine shows results?
Allow four to six weeks of a routine followed consistently, a little longer for dark spots or wrinkles. Four steps done every day beat ten steps done now and then.
Does the diagnosis replace a dermatologist?
No. It gives cosmetic advice to build a skincare routine. For a skin condition (eczema, severe acne, rosacea), a changing mole or any medical doubt, see a doctor or a dermatologist.
